Mr. Faisal Ahmed Topra is a non-executive director and nominee of NBP. He is currently Senior Executive Vice President in NBP. He is MBA from Southeastern University Washington D.C. USA, M.Phil in Management Sciences from SZABIST University and Gold Medalist in both his MBA and MPhil program. He has more than 25 years of diverse experience in business analytics, product development, strategic planning, strategic marketing, credit, investment banking and Human resource management.

Mr. Asad Ullah Saleem is a banker by profession. He is EVP Secretary, Board of Director's Secretariat. Earlier he has worked as Divisional Head in Corporate Banking and wing head in Corporate & Investment Banking Group, National Bank of Pakistan. He is an MBA from LUMS and M.A in Economics. He has been associated with various  banks before joining the NBP.

Syed Irfan Hussain Rizvi is a Nominee Director of Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) on the Board of FCIBL. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. He has about 30 years of diversified experience in private and public sector. He has attended various local and foreign training programs, seminars and workshop. Presently he is serving as General Manager Finance (Power) at WAPDA.

Mr. Masood Raza is a Nominee Director of Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) on the Board of FCIBL. He is a Associate Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan.

He has about 25 years of diversified experience in private and public sector. He has attended various local and foreign training programs, seminars and workshop. Presently he is serving as Manager (Accounts & Finance HQ Power at WAPDA.

Mr. Jamal Nasim is non-executive, independent director. He is the President of Industrial Development Bank of Pakistan. He is M.A. Economics and B.A. (Hons) Economics from University of Karachi. He is a seasoned banker having more than 45 years of vast experience in financial sector of Pakistan. He has held many executive offices in various capacities in NDFCs and IDBP.

Mrs. Nina Afridi

Mrs. Nina Afridi is a Certified Recruitment Analyst & Master in Public Administration. She is serving as Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP)-Head of HR and Administration at Premier Insurance Limited and prior to which she has spent 15 years in the field at Pakistan's leading business institutions. She is also expert in labor law and employment laws with sound knowledge of Human Resource management. Ms. Nina attended many short courses & seminars in top business study institutions of Pakistan. She is specialist in Policy making and its implementation. She often handle tasks as expertise related to, conflict resolutions, compensation and benefits, training & development and employee relations.

Mr. Amjad Iqbal is a non-executive, Independent Director. He has been a career central banker with 34 years of experience in SBP till 2017. Along with the overall regulatory regime, he has a vast exposure to policy, laws and compliance matters of the banking industry. With Masters in Economics, he is also Law Graduate and Diplomed Associate of Institute of Bankers in Pakistan. Currently, he is heading Legal & Regulatory Affairs of Pakistan Banks’ Association. He has attended multiple domestic and foreign training programs and represented SBP and the country in various international events. As an AML/ CFT expert, he was a member of the Joint Evaluation Teams of APGML & FATF for mutual evaluation of three countries and review of two, from 2008 to 2015.

Mr. Muhammad Mohsin Ali

Mr. Muhammad Mohsin Ali serves as President and Chief Executive of FCIBL. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan and member of the Institute of Capital Market. He has about 30 years of diversified experience in various organizations including more than 25 years in the financial sector. He has also attended various local and foreign training programs, seminars and workshops. He has certificate of Fundamental of Capital Market and Pakistan’s Market Regulations from the Institute of Capital Market of Pakistan. Mr. Mohsin has been serving FCIBL since September 1995.
